If you wanna enjoy an uncomparable view over the skyline of Manhattan then I highly recommend to head over to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. From this spot you can see everything from the Brooklyn Bridge, over the whole skyline of Manhattan to the Statue of Liberty.
By the way, if you wanna be totally blown away then you should watch the sunset!!!
